About Me
I’m Rajat, a design practitioner and mentor with 10+ years of experience across UX, UI, product design, design systems, and front-end–aware workflows.
I’ve designed and shipped real products, built design systems adopted across teams, worked closely with engineers and product leaders, and navigated everything from early-stage chaos to large-scale complexity.
My career has been hands-on by choice — I believe the best mentors are builders first. I don’t teach UX as theory. I teach how UX actually works inside real companies, with real constraints, trade-offs, and deadlines.

Most UX educators either teach theory without real execution, or they’ve built things but never learned how to teach clearly. I’ve done both. I started by designing and coding products end-to-end, then moved into building and leading design systems and product teams at scale. That range allows me to teach UX, UI, product thinking, and systems as one connected discipline , the way it exists in real life.

Over the years, I’ve taught and mentored 2000+ designers through workshops, talks, and online sessions across India.
I also founded India’s first Design Systems community. Teaching keeps me sharp. If I can’t explain something clearly, I don’t believe I understand it well enough.
